Project Overview
One of the main struggles of our multi-services business is to offer potential or existing clients a clear, concise overview of the services we can offer them. We've tried our best to make separate and group presentations, write articles, shoot videos, but the clients were always drawn to information that might not be what they actually need.
After some internal debates and analysis within ITWS, we came up with a simple yet brilliant idea that would serve our sales, ourselves, and our clients equally. At the end of the day, every task we have in our company is decomposed into a process. Each process involves the creation, linking and monitoring of services. And many of our clients, and a lot of start-up companies around, did not know how to start, where to start, or what they lacked to build a solid digital foundation. Thus, SuBeat was born.
The name comes from Start-up Beat - the initial pulse, the first ripple in the calm lake that will make waves of change.
Following the previous success of minimalistic, yet clean and interactive websites, SuBeat was built with super simplicity in mind - follow the steps as part of the questionnaire, choose the missing services in your digital journey, and when we get these, follow up with you.

Oddly enough, this worked like a charm. Our sales team, and I personally, now have a tool to take an existing company or a startup and walk it through the whole process, going the extra mile when needed. From idea through strategy, branding, and web development to analytics and marketing layers, advertising and remarketing.
This enabled the truly 360-degree digital service we offer to stand out and shine. No more boring presentations, no lost in what's important, no more questions asking the client what they lack so they can't respond back, or why they need to have an analytics layer before they launch a campaign. To date, we use and send SuBeat to potential and existing clients, and still get the "wow" effect.
The website is minimalistic, clean, and has a nice colour palette. It is interactive, and the information is served on demand.
Key technical decisions:
- SPA: The application is entirely static, just a bunch of HTML files and GSAP-animated vectors.
- GSAP animations: The site's true excellence was achieved by using GSAP heavily to animate it and move things around.
- MongoDB Atlas: Just like all other brands, this one uses MongoDB Atlas as a database to store all requests. From there, we can add any kind of automation to get a follow-up or to receive the client's request
